Minor issue, in that I found it annoying.
The shifter handle is perfectly fine going fore and aft.
Side-to-side, however, has quite a bit of play.
Well, that would explain it.

The driveshaft is rubbing on a something.

Not pictured:  I removed the driveshaft, and hammered the brace it was rubbing on to gain some clearance.  Improved but maybe not fixed.

We had golf-ball sized hail.  For the most part the car came through okay
except for this spot on the hood, where I knew the metal was thin (see this update, 10 Dec 2021)
A little damage to the trim.
She says "replace the hood".  I think I'm going to try to fix it better though.  Definitely not "smarter man".

I realized during one of the tuning drives, that once the oil got hot, I had about 10psi at idle.

Internet says that's bad.

It also says this o-ring is a common culprit.
It doesn't look particularly damaged, but replaced it anyway.
Not a quick process by any stretch.
At least I didn't have to take the water pump/front cover off.
First startup after replacing the o-ring: 35psi cold (also I tried replacing the oil with 20w50 to see if that helped; it did not).

I had a leak from the rear window.  Took it to a professional to get it reseated.  Leak corrected.

One of the neighbors restained his fence with an oil-based stain, and sprayed it on a windy day.
Nothing would take this off... except rebuffing.  Sigh.

I had an issue - the car slipped off the jack, and gouged the driver's door.  The default fix is to fill the gouge with touch-up paint, sand it smooth, and buff.
Only works if you don't sand through the color coat.  Now I get to repaint the door.
Strip the door, mask the car
Sand the door flat.
Primer-surfacer.
First color coat
Second color
First clear
Second clear
Third clear.
Shiny but not smooth
Sooo not smooth.
Sand with 800 to get it mostly flat (note: I don't think this was a good idea)
Thousand grit to smooth further
1500
2000
3000
5000
8000
Compound 1
Compound 2
It's not perfect - it's not as shiny as other panels in places - but it suffices for now.

I'd had the great idea to put a copper sleeve inside the aluminum tubing for the AC lines - that way I wouldn't have to worry about burning through when I tried to TIG it.
A great idea!

Not pictured: it failed miserably.

I'll hire a professional to weld these.

The oil pressure seemed to be just fine, so I needed to take the car to the far side of Dallas to show it off to my father.

The oil got hot, and the idle oil pressure dropped to like 12psi.

Ordered the Melling high-volume pump.
Somewhere in there, I did a dumb and lifted the engine by the oil pan.

They don't work that well at that point.  Replaced with another Holley.

My AC line crimping tool that I've used a total of three crimps failed.
The vendor offered a partial refund, which I took because I bought the Summit hydraulic one instead.  I got to keep the broken one, and who knows, maybe I can fix it?
Maybe it still works?
Stuff from last time that didn't get any pictures:

Without AC there's very little incentive to tune more - it was only 95 on the day of my roadtrip and I was soaked when I got there.  Soon on the AC lines though.
